Professional Experience:
R. Scott Pierson was one of the founding partners of The Windsor Realty Group, LTD in 1992.  Mr. Pierson continues to focus his real estate expertise in the following areas; office buildings, industrial buildings, ground and hotel sites.  Mr. Pierson specializes in sales and leasing of properties for both ownership and tenant representation.

Prior to The Windsor Realty Group, Mr. Pierson was Vice President of Leasing for Hansen Properties, where Mr. Pierson was part of a team who leased up 2.5 to 3 million square feet over a five year period.

Mr. Pierson has been active in commercial real estate for the past 28 years with expertise on both the broker side and the development side with vast knowledge of lease, land sale agreements and the confidence and extreme capability to orchestrate the negotiations of the business terms for said document(s).

Education:
Mr. Pierson graduated from the University of Maryland in 1983 and is a licensed sales person in Pennsylvania.

Richard L. Feron

Prior to joining The Windsor Realty Group, Ltd., Dick established a solid career in the real estate profession at Strouse, Greenburg Co., Inc., The Flynn Co. and as a principal and co-owner of Caruso Feron & Co., Inc. His activities embraced industrial & office brokerage, land development, rehabilitation and reuse of existing buildings, investments, financing and consulting.

In giving something back to our professions, Dick served as Vice-Chairman of the Philadelphia Board of Realtors, as well as, President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary of the Commercial & Industrial Division of PBR and is currently a charter member of the Tri-State Real Estate Commercial Alliance. Dick is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Economics.
